Tojiro DP Sujihiki Slicer - 9.4" (24cm)

Ther is No beating Tojiro DP line of knives ..without spending 2 to 3 times the price and then mainly your upgrading nothing but the handle etc ..the Steel is amazing and takes and holds an Edge ..i recomend purchasing a knifewear brand white ceramic honing rod 6000 grit to touch up and maintain an edge for weeks at a time ...this knife with a saya make a great way to go to a thanksgiving at families house and have something to carve with that you can count on to BE sharp ..

This is a bit of a specialty knife but it is very well crafted, a good weight in the hand, and has a nice Western style handle. Sharp as the dickens, too.

Perfect knife for slicing small dried charcuterie thinly, or any meat or veg. You have to use a slicing motion and not a pushing motion, though the manual in amusingly horribly English tells you that. I wished the blade was just a little stiffer, but it's very thin and excruciatingly sharp. Be super careful of the point, most knives don't have a point like that.

Very happy with this knife. I bought this knife to cut fish (hilsa, anyone?). This is perfect for cutting through the spine for perfect steaks.

Beautiful Knife. Tojiro quality is very affordable, i think my 4th Tojiro and shun keeps getting pushed aside!

My post man was very impressed I had received a parcel from Japan. It arrived about three weeks after I ordered it. Very good value for an entry level Japanese​ knife.

Possedevo già un gusto ma avevo bisogno di questo per riflettere e proporzionate e devo dire che è un ottimo strumento di lavoro , questo acciaio tiene molto a lungo il filo è in mano ha un ottimo bilanciamento , io l'ho battezzato con 10 salmoni e mi ha favorevolmente impressionato!

Top Produkt, da die Ware direkt aus Japan kommt hat sich das warten gelohnt! :) Ich bin sehr zufrieden und Preis Leistung stimmt. Das Messer ist sehr scharf und vorallem leicht, für ein müdes freies arbeiten!! Die Marke hält locker mit den teuren Marken wie Kai Shun, Global, Blazen usw. mit! Immer wieder gerne, weiter so!!

Passionné par les aciers, notamment japonais, j'utilise depuis des années leurs couteaux et progressivement j'ai orienté mes choix sur les TOJIRO car pour un prix raisonnable on peut s'offrir un DP dont la robustesse et la finesse de coupe sont remarquables. Ce sont des aciers très durs (HRD 61) mais qui s'affutent facilement et qui conservent longtemps leur tranchant. Je tiens à souligner la qualité et le sérieux du vendeur pour la rapidité et le soin de son envoi.
