CondorDouble M14 Open Top Mag Pouch

Arrived on time in good packaging. Straps have both hook & loop and snaps for securing it to molle loops or belts. Well designed top of pouch to actually holds open the pouch and drawstring to make a smaller opening so contents won't fall out while in use. Very clever design. It's large, but not too big. Folds up, stows nicely when not in use with hook & loop tab. I own 5 different dump pouches, this is definitely the best one with out a doubt. Only thing I'm not a fan of, is how wide it is and how much lateral space it takes up on a belt; (straps are 4 molle spaces wide). I recommend this before the $10-15 ones. Don't waste your time on the smaller pouches.

I picked up this bag, knowing I could put it to good use, but not fully certain of what that use might be. Usually, bags like these are used for containing spent magazines and such amongst those in the shooting community. I, however, wanted to pick this bag up as an attachment to my "get-home" bag that I could add or remove whenever circumstances might call for more or less storage. To this end, the bag is fantastic! It seals up pretty tightly at the top when the drawstring is cinched, and there's enough extra material leftover to tuck inside the hole at the top to make it more or less covered all the way. When you're not using it or when it's empty, if you don't want to remove it, it rolls up nice and neat and takes up very little space on your bag.I've only had it out on one camping trip so far, and I used it as storage for an overnight clothes bag--a function that it performed quite well in! I think, however, that the best function this bag could serve, is as a detachable food container. Personally, I like the idea of all of my food in one place, easily accessible at cooking times and easily removable at day's end, to be hung up high in a tree--far away from my sleeping body and out of reach from any bears that might food might attract. Additionally, I like knowing that none of my food might have accidentally spilled inside my main pack to serve as a lure for any bears, simply because this bag is a self-contained, external food storage bag, and IF any food might accidentally spill from it, that food will be landing on the ground along my hike, instead of inside my bag.And even if I change my mind and decide to store my food in some other way, the bag could still be used for its intended purpose as a place to store empty magazines when I'm out shooting, and that's PROBABLY all you were looking for in a mag recovery pouch anyhow--right?All-in-all, I give this bag a 10/10 and I highly recommend adding one to whatever kit you're trying to build!

Nice roll up dump pouch. It is a perfect size and doesn't take up too much space on a duty belt. It is durable and has stood up to a decent amount of abuse over some years. Has not ripped or frayed at all yet, under normal range use. It is fine if youre not going into a combat zone. Easy to install and is very useful for all kinds of things, very versatile.

Bought this based on experience with another Condor Coyote 3 Fold Magazine Recovery Pouch in a Defensive Carbine class. With a stiff band around the opening, the pouch stays open and makes magazine storage a snap. The opening also has a waterproof cover with drawstring closure for times when you want to protect you mags. It started raining near the end of the first day, and the pouch cover worked like a charm. Multicam version is just the same pouch. Bought it for a spare and I expect it will perform exactly the same as the one I currently have.It's not as compact as the other Condor compact tri-fold pouch but it is much roomier and will hold more mags. And it stays open.

Works as it should. I can put 10 m4 mags in it. I run mag fed in paintball and normally don't go over 7-8mags in a match, this pouch is large enough to easily throw empty mags into in the heat of battle and not worry about them falling out. It stays open just far enough to put your empty mags in but not wide enough to cause them fall out while running or doing dynamic movements. Construction seems like it should last a long time.

ok the pouch...good material...I have black, OD and tan ones. It comes with an opitional snap on flap to keep ammo from falling out made of 2 elastic overlapping bands. Good Idea. Tan one has about a 1cm overlap, perfect. Od has about 2cm overlap, not good, but usable, also makes the flap hard to install. Black 3cm overlap, unusable, makes the flap hard to install if pouch fully loaded....great idea...eh on quality...works well with loose rounds(rifle, pistol, or SGshells) or on stripper clips.

I bought this for use at the range and during some exercises I was going on. It works as advertised and is very versatile.
