MENGQI-CONTROL TCP/IP 2 Doors Access Control System Kits Metal Push Release Button Electromagnetic Lock RFID Keypad Reader Power Supply Box Cards/Key fobs (Phone APP remotely Open Door)

A client of mine requested that we install a mag lock for them, watched a ton of reviews and we ended up selecting this unit. First off, the box arrived quicker than I expected and had everything we needed. My team and I got it installed on a Saturday and tested out everything. One problem right after another, each time I'm about to write an angry email only to realize I missed a step. If my wife was here I can already image her saying ... did you read the instructions? I did get stuck once and reached out to them and I'll tell you what, they didn't miss a beat. Turns out I was an idiot once again and should have seen that detail about the two unused cables need to be wrapped up and they were shorting out the panel. After installing, learning ... and reinstalling, here is what I can tell you. This is a very easy product to install and configure. Do yourself a favor, set it up on your kitchen table first so you get the hang of it. If its not very strong, tweak the screw on the plate, correct the alignment and above all else ...... read the instructions

This is the second system I've purchased from Beseen control, previous one been running for close to 2 years and has kept up with electrical, weather and other external factors without issues. The software is easy to use, it comes with everything you need and plenty of information on the setup and the physical connections to the sensors, keypads, magnets and power supply. People in the office feel a lot safer since both are installed in strip-mall type offices and have all kinds of soliciting going on, this has stopped a good 80% of that and also paired it with the APP that people control from their phones when someone needs to get in the office and forgot their card or keychain token. Also used a RING doorbell right next to the external keypad, this way I know if we should actually open the door or not. Solid system, easy to install and setup. Can't beat it for the price :)

Great product and customer service that is always available!

I installed two of these on exterior doors of a large multi-room production facility and they work great. The only issues I've had were ones i created myself from not understanding how to program it correctly. The robust access controls are especially nice for setting up different access times for employees, management, delivery drivers, etc. Access can be set as PIN, proximity key fob, or both. The key fobs are very handy for employees. No more having to stop everything to go open doors for people! We don't use the logging feature regularly, but it's nice to have if needed to see who opened a door and when they did. There is also functionality for connecting external overrides such as fire alarm systems so you won't have OSHA or building code violations! There was a bit of a learning curve, but once you learn to operate the system, door control is highly customizable. Best of all it's a truly standalone system that doesn't use or rely on an internet connection and has no monthly subscription fees! Very happy with this system and the protection it provides.

I sent an email for assistance and the response was immediate and solved my issue every time. Chen Wood is awesome. However, it would be great if I was able to configure the device through the browser remotely and not just the software.

Very easy to set up and customer service has been great when we've run into any hiccups.

Fast shipping, excellent product, super easy to install if you are little handy man with the great/quick support of tech support team, they respond very promptly and quickly. I bought 2 set of each 2 door locking system from the same seller, I was able to install them by myself without any technical difficulties. I highly recommend this product and tech support for sure. A++++++++++++

The product is very good, although I hired someone to help me install, the installation is very ideal, perfect for me to realize the rights control, the installation of the problem encountered by the other side directly help me to solve it, perfect!
