My bottle does not say that it is flammable. It says non toxic.

Is this 100% safe? This is a subsititue for galkyd?

I have used it for about 1 year. I wouldn't ingest it, however it does a great job and with very little odor. Highly recommend!

Does this help paint dry to touch the next day, as fast as liquin?

This product is a solvent free, chemically safe alternative to many of the mediums on the market. It does speed up drying a little, but if that's what you're looking for, try Gamblin's Galkyd or Galkyd Lite mediums, which will certainly speed things up a few days. Liquin is okay, but I prefer the feel and look of Galkyd. Gamblin Fastmatte oil paints are the way to go if you seriously wish to reduce dry time. All of the Gamblin paints are low toxin.

Medio para oleo y tb acrílico sin solventes

Medio para pintura óleo. Muy importante sobre todo para lugares donde pintamos a puerta cerrada para cuidar de la salud. Su consistencia es líquida con un poco de viscosidad, disuelve bien el óleo sin hacerle perder consistencia. Aparte tiene un olor muy agradable.
