needed a replacement hose for my portable AC, and this Jin&Bao vent hose turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. The material quality feels solid and not flimsy at all, with just the right thickness to handle the airflow without collapsing. It’s very easy to install, so the ease of use is definitely a plus. I’ve been using it for a while now, and the durability is impressive—it still looks brand new. I also like the clean look and that it doesn’t add unnecessary bulk. The weight is light enough to handle easily but still feels strong. Great universal replacement hose that works as promised!

Better then the original. Longer and fit well

My original exhaust hose (for Honeywell portable a/c model HL10CESWK) began disintegrating after several years. This exhaust hose is working perfectly as a replacement. This is for a 5.9" diameter exhaust hose, with a counterclockwise attachment, which is what my unit requires. Some units require a clockwise attachment (or a 5.1" diameter hose), so be sure to check the requirements for your particular portable a/c before ordering. This hose looks durable and well-made. It is very flexible and can extend to the same length as the original hose (59"), although I do not need the full length.

The 5.1 was a perfect fit for my Delonghi Pinguino brand portable air conditioner. It was easy to twist and connect into the vent receptacle. The material is not flimsy - it’s decent quality even though it’s so lightweight. For under $20 it’s really not expensive.

My original portable AC hose finally had a tear in it so I had to figure out how to find a replacement. The diameter is pretty easy to figure out. The hose direction was another story. I watched a bunch of videos and read through guides and literally none of them helped because they just mentioned what direction you need to turn the hose. The direction I turn the hose was “clockwise” so it was really confusing what part you have to look at to figure out which hose you need. The reviews also didn’t really help much since some people ended up having to return the hose because they got the wrong directional hose. I noticed one of the product images actually tells you what hose to buy. I twisted the hose caps off, expanded the edges of the old hose, and then matched it up with the product image. Based on the direction of the slant, the image says I needed to get a counter-clockwise hose replacement. When it arrived, I was able to twist the AC caps on without any issues. It fit perfectly. If your hose slant is / then you need counter-clockwise like me. If your hose slant is \ then you need clockwise.

My portable Frigidaire A/C hose was too short to go out the window, I couldn’t use my A/C for a year since I bought it brand new! I purchased this A/C hose and it was just what I needed! The hose was long enough to reach out the window. I put the clockwise Frigidaire cupler on the A/C end on the new hose, & the Frigidaire exhaust duct on the exit hose end. Everything works perfectly & im able to use my portable A/C I would purchase this hose again, its just what I needed to stay cool.

this vent hose was the cheapest one I found on Amazon for what we needed and it is perfect. the extra 10 inches allows me to move our portable AC just out side the one room to cool the other one. It securely attaches to the window vent so when I move the ac unit it doesn't pull out.... great quality and easy to install.

Used this for my stand alone air conditioner. Worked beautifully.
