This adapter does not deserrve the one star! I purchased this for a beautiful glass church snowglobe to save on batteries. (Which I treasure and is very dear to my heart) As soon as I plugged it in the adapter sizzled, smelled hot, I unplugged instantly, but it was too late. My church snowglobe is fried!!! No light, nothing!! This adapter is trash! I had plugged it into the snowglobe to find the right fit. Then plugged adapter into the outlet. I wish I would have plugged into the outlet first. I am so upset.
