If you enjoy spending time outdoors, this is the speaker you want. I bought this speaker 2 years ago after researching on how to build my own weatherproof, long-lasting speaker. The cost of this with the things it can do is a lot cheaper than building my own. Cup holders, bottle opener, the handle with wheels, the lights, the phone charger, this thing has it all! And it has gone all over with me, its been camping and on boats and rafts in rivers and lakes. It has always been stored in my midwestern garage while not in use so its been through the hot and cold weather. It uses a lead acid sealed battery. So take into consideration that they wear down over time. First year this thing would play all weekend without a problem. Second year it maybe lasted 8 hours. This year, im lucky to get 4 hours out of it. With that being said, its replaceable and EXTREMELY easy to replace. And not terribly expensive. The other bad thing is, I threw it into a river to show people that it was waterproof... When I did that, the bass speaker quit working. The next day it played like nothing happened. And when this goes on the river, its laid on its back and the speakers will hold water in them for hours at a time and still sound amazing. SO, dont submerge it and expect to replace the battery every few years. Im currently figuring out if a lithium battery can be supported by it and how long it will last. Thanks for reading my review!

When I bought this, it was my second choice. I thought it was going to be a little gimmicky. I guess I got it because it was inexpensive and had the wattage I wanted. Turns out, it has quite good sound, the base is deep, the treble is high enough, and it gets quite loud without any extra amplification (was thinking i would need to install an equilizer app). Decided I would take it on a riverside camping trip to test it out. The sales pitch claims it would float. So I pulled it out in the river, and noticed bubbles rising from it! Turned out it was the handle filling up with water, and it was fine. It floats nicely on its back with about 6 inches up out of the water, speakers facing the sky. I leaned on it using it to buoy my 175 lb body without being able to sink it easily. I stretched out the handle and used it to tow the speaker behind me in the river. When I pulled it up out of the water and stood it up, all the water drained off it. It drained out of the handle casing and out of the cup holders on top because it is impressively well designed. I am pleased.

Battery life and portability are top notch so far with this product. Sound quality is pretty good. The wireless charger on the top and waterproofing are my favorite features. I would probably like the linking feature with other speakers but I'm not prepared to buy two of these just to test it out. Which is funny because based on the sound output level, I could definitely use another one if I had an outdoor party. I didn't think I needed two when I purchased and am more likely now to spend a few dollars more for a more powerful speaker rather than risk purchasing a 2nd, then maybe a 3rd just to test a theory.

I read reviews after reviews, I'm pretty sure the one that really convinced me was a car fire where the speaker survived. We took this to the lake this summer and it was everything we needed and wanted. It's loud the battery last all day and I tossed it in the water to my husband's panic because he did know it floats best prank ever. If you need an outdoor speaker this is 110% worth the money.

I have have/had one of these style speakers for close to 10 years originally bought a pair at Costco. These new ones allow you to link more than two speakers. Although these are rugged I had one die (an old one) and one of the newer ones has the light stays on issue. Meaning even if you shut if off it won't fully turn off and it drains the battery. I read others complain of this issue. I notice that if you leave these outside overnight that can ruin them. I suppose it has to do with the internal circuits maybe getting condensation? Anyway great product overall but I would not leave them outside overnight. I still have one of these that is about 10 years old... and I have four of the newer ones (one of which was replaced because of the above mentioned issue)...I also buy these as raffle prizes and they always are a a great crowd pleaser.

This speaker not only has great sound but it is easy to transport, waterproof, has bright flashy lights and charges a phone. What more can you ask for? It also has cup holders, fast charge, long battery life of over 40 hours and even a bottle opener. Incredible.

Definitely need a large space or the sound is weird. We ended up getting the next size down as our space was too small and we had strange echos. The seller was so great and made sure the return was hassle free! Great company to deal with.

I love everything about sound quality, volume and functionality; except the fact that you can not use two of them as right and left channel with Bluetooth. You must use a/v cable and channel splitter (y cable) to get true stereo or it will just put stereo on both (not right and left channel). I wanted the separate channels for outdoor movies. Which they were awesome at. I have two for this purpose.

I thought it was expensive but its worth every doller. Loud! Water proof! Easy to connect Bluetooth devices. I purchased to use at work. We work in a very noisy industry. This easily is loud enough to hear over all the other noise.

Bought this for a house party. It did not disappoint. Hours and hours of battery life. Easily portable. Would recommend.

This speaker kicks a$$!! It is the greatest phone charger ever.
