Works like new
Fixed my Dremel 3000 immediately. Previous failed part showed determination in the solder where the power switch pickup traveled. This plugged right in and works like new!

Only two speeds worked for this Dremel Part
I installed this particular Dremel part as soon as it arrived. When I activated my Dremel tool, I was surprised that only the two upper speeds functioned. I ordered this part again, "but this time from the actual Dremel company". When it arrived, I removed the above-mentioned part and reinstalled this new part from Dremel. It worked the first time when activated!!!! My tool now functions as though it was new.One more thing! This part was actually cheaper when purchased from the Dremel company.

Fit great but needed to be sanded down.
I had to use my wife’s nail file to sand down the sides and trim further sides on the switch which wasn’t too complicated! I will buy another one just in case.

Easy fix to a non-working dremel
The switch was easy to instal and fixed the problem...better than buying a new dremel.

perfect replacement
perfect for model 395. need a little modification. shved a little on the side so it will fit smoothly on the housing slot.

Repair vs. New Purchase
An OEM switch for my Dremel 395 Type 5 wasn't available. I considered buying a new tool until I saw this similar switch for purchase.With a little modification of the casing with a round file, this switch installed easily and works well.
