The oil has a strong, smoky, plasticky taste. Please avoid buying this one. Please throw it away if you have already bought it, and if it tastes like mine. MCT oil is supposed to have a neutral flavour and smell. I am afraid that either the plastic from the bottle may have leeched into the oil, or the oil has gone bad.
