Great quality item, sits perfect on the gas hob covering 2 burners and have washed and seasoned as instructed. Used it already and easy to clean. Great value for money should have bought one a long time ago.

Excellent product

When we first went to use the skillet we heard a loud crack. Originally thought we had broken the hob by using it but it turned out that the skillet itself cracked under the heat, which wasn’t even on full. One of the handles split in half and there is now a crack halfway along the main body which goes all the way through. Trying to contact the company is proving difficult.

Good quality very usefull and fits well on standard cooker

Metal was a bit scratchy on flat side and too big to go in oven to season. I just have to use beef tallow to fry anything on it so it doesn’t stick. I’m hoping to season further

The item only arrived this morning so we haven't used it yet as it needs to be conditioned first (we are going through that process now). However it does appear to be superb quality and we hope the conditioning will be completed in time for us to cook with hit later!

Les plaques sont belles et ont l'air robuste. Mais le fait de devoir les "assaisonner" pour ne pas qu'elles rouilles est une vraie tanée a faire. Non seulement c'est long mais en plus bonjour l'odeur pendant que vous le faite. vraiment bof si vous cherchez un produit pas prise de tête.

Got this for multiple reasons. 1 - to protect the bbq and keep the oil drip away from the main body of the bbq and 2 - to have a better and easy surface to cook my meat! It delivered 10 out of 10 for both reasons I got it for. Great buy.

Just received the grill plate and it looks excellent. It's a bit rough, so a bit scary to put on my glass induction stove, but just have to handle it with care. Tried heating it up a bit and it heats up well, so all great. It comes with care instructions, which is excellent, especially for those who do not have a lot of experience with cast iron pans (like me). It also came with a card to encourage feedback and on the back it says to register on the website for 3 months extra warranty beyond the one year and a free gift (exclusions may apply). So I scan the QR: Page Not Found. I visit the website manually and click on Register "Page Not Found". Guess I'm excluded?
