Hello This wifi camera connection is mainly divided into two steps step1: Turn on the camera, find the camera's hotspot (HDSPCAM-XXXXXX) in the mobile WiFi list, and then connect step2: After completing step1, turn on the camera APP and connect the camera to the router's WiFi (networkable) while connecting the camera hotspot You can follow the steps in the video Hope my answer can help you Kind regards
