Great printer. Highly recommend!
Amazing quality images. Very clear and vibrant. The cartridges are so much more affordable than other alternative printers too. The app is very easy to use and the printing itself is very fast. You can even queue up multiple images to print one after the other. It is a nice size and portable so I can take it everywhere with me. Only issue I found is the charge can run out quite quickly if printing a lot but it’s a very fast charge also. Highly recommend.

Great fun gadget, works well, quality prints at reasonable price.
Bought his as a present for my wife and she has enjoyed printing photos to make up a 30 image mounted picture frame of favourite family pictures which turned out wonderfully well and looks great. So far the ingenious printer has worked flawlessly producing photos that are sharp and with a range of beautiful colours. All the photos have been printed from mobile phone images via the Kodak app which is intuitive and easy to use. The way the app displays the 4 pass print as it happens with yellow, then magenta, then cyan, then laminating, is very well handled and fascinating to see on the phone. We have already purchased another 2 packs of 3 ten print cassettes per pack for a reasonable £23 delivered from ebay. The 2.1" x 3.4" prints are perfect size for wallet or phone case to carry around those special memories and the printer itself is small enough to be pocketable and take to a party or get together when prints can be made as gifts and memories for friends and attendees. Every time we use the printer I am impressed with the compact amazing technology fitted into such a small device. The whole experience is really fun!

Fun little photo printer with great colour – app is easy, but prints aren’t “cheap”
I bought the KODAK Mini 2 Retro 4PASS to print quick photos from my phone for family albums and little gifts. It’s genuinely fun to use and the prints come out looking much better than I expected for such a small portable printer. What I like Print quality is strong: Colours come out vibrant and photos look sharp for the size. Skin tones are decent and it handles bright outdoor shots well. 4PASS finish feels “real photo”: Prints have a nice smooth finish and feel more like lab prints than sticky ZINK-style prints. Compact + portable: Easy to keep in a drawer or take to a gathering. App is straightforward: Selecting photos, basic edits, and printing is simple once paired. Things to know (the honest bits) Running cost is the main downside: The printer is affordable, but the cartridges/paper packs are where the cost adds up—worth it for special moments, less so for bulk printing. Print size is small: Great for wallets, scrapbooks, and pinboards, but not for framing. App can be a bit fussy sometimes: Pairing/connecting is usually fine, but if it doesn’t connect first time, closing/reopening the app or re-pairing fixes it. Not “instant”: It’s not slow, but it does take a bit of time per photo, so printing lots in one go takes patience. Verdict If you want a portable printer that makes proper-looking mini photos, this is a great little gadget and the print quality is the reason to buy it. Just go in knowing the refill costs are the real expense.

Easy to use
Good little gadget gives better quality photos than the last small printer I tried and plenty of photos from a cartridge

Nice for scrapbooking
Great for printing photos for scrapbooks, we also use it to print photos for our daughters school diary. Helps explain things we've done for the teacher and also creates a memory for our daughter to look back on in years to come. Only thing I dont like about it is that the cartridges with ink and paper are rather large and cant be refilled. Which in this day and age seems a little wasteful. But for the convenience we do like the unit. Its compact, and easy to use. But worth weighing up how often you will print from it for the cost of new cartridges. If using it everyday may be worth getting a normal household printer.

Great prints
Very happy with this little printer. The print quality is very good and the prints are very durable. It’s great that it is rechargeable although the battery does run down quite quickly once you start printing. Loving it so far!

I was really anxious about this printer, since my mini polaroid prints really washed out shots and a lot of reviews for this also remarked on color inaccuracy, but I'm not having that problem at all. My photos all look great!! The Death Valley one only looks a little washed out because the actual original photo was on a super bright day and is also lighter, so even that printed as I expected. Picture clarity is great, too! I wish I'd gotten this instead of the Polaroid in the first place. There's definitely some noise involved in printing as it slides the paper back and forth to work on each layer, but it's not too bad, and the speed is fine. The printer is a little bigger than I was expecting from reviews, which I should have expected - unlike the rest of me, my hands are much smaller than the average adult lol. It's not as long as my phone, but it's about 2.5 times as thick as my phone in a silicone case, so I wouldn't feel safe walking around carrying it in my hand, but it would still fit well even in pretty small bags so long as you don't have a giant wallet. It still takes up like a sixth of the room of a Polaroid camera, though, so it's still a huge space saver! The only hiccup I had is that I was trying to connect to it through Bluetooth *before* setting up the app, thinking pairing it would make the app setup go smoother. Wrong. After wasting way too much time turning Buetooth off and on on my phone, turning the device off and on like a dozen times, and restarting my phone twice, all with no successes... I finally turned on the app instead, and boom. Instant connectivity, no problem. Didn't need to pair at all, so I wasted an hour for nothing but to exemplify my own foolishness. Ah, well.

Easy installation. Ready to print in a couple minutes. Prints really nice credit card size photos. I'm happy with it.

Very convenient and good quality prints :) The only cons are that the app mentioned in the manual is invalid - you should download the Kodak Photo Printer app instead - and that the printer batter drains very quickly. Overall, a good buy!!!

The printer worked well for the first few prints. Then the printer started causing damage to the corner of the photos, followed by constant paper jams in different stages of the printing. I speculate that a faulty or badly constructed part of the device was causing the bottom corner of the paper to get caught on something - causing the paper jams. The print quality was really good - but it's useless if the printer doesn't work at all, do not recommend this product at all.
