I don’t know the ph factor BUT I do know that I’ve been using this dynamic duo for nearly 2 years and I no longer need ‘product’ on my hair after I wash and condition. This formula is ****** (5star)

No idea, but I don't recommend buying online. I buy most stuff online but this leaked so much in the wrapped container and I never got a response from the seller. I just buy in the grocery store.
