Will this woofer be suitable for an underseat application on a BMW 540?

what do you have to say about the item being a fake or knock off?

Woofers ect sells a lot of fake stuff, they sold me some knock off hertz Hsk XL components for $749 and when I called them with proof they where fake, they still charged me 20% to return them and made me pay for return shipping. They aren't authorized to sell hertz,audison,focal or morrell, so instead they peddle knock offs

how do these compare to the isu-200?

The ISU-200 is the newest revision of the IS series. The ISU's are tuned to play extra bass, where the original models focus more on mids and high's. Either way, they're all great speakers!
