Used it mainly for back pain. It's my favourite out of all topical pain relief remedies
I've been using this for many years to alleviate back pain. I'll usually apply it before bed and wake up feeling much better. I'd say it's a quick fix but only temporarily. The pain might come back, depending on your condition. I believe it doesn't do miracles on its own, still need to put in the work and do some yoga or physio exercises.
