Review of the machine by 2 people
Let me preface this review by stating we should all agree that a standard plate loaded adduction abduction machine is 5 times more cost and takes up 3 times the space and weighs a ton compared to this product. Having said that, my wife is just getting back to leg workouts. She found the machine comfortable and at maximum resistance felt a burn at 20 reps in both adduction and abduction. Therefore, for the beginner, or for rehab, this machine will do the trick, albeit you will grow out of it fast unless you follow my hacks as discussed and shown below. Now for the experienced lifters; yes, the strength curve and range of motion on this machine SUCKS!!! I agree. You will need 500 reps with slow time under tension to feel something. BUT BUT BUT with a couple simple cost effective hacks you can turn this little lightweight solidly built machine into a great piece of equipment for your basement or garage gym. First, abduction (moving legs apart). Purchase a 9 dollar set of the resistance bands shown in picture 1 from Amazon. Wrap the band around the machine as shown in the picture and torch your legs! Add more bands as necessary. Can you do this exercise by just buying the bands for 9 bucks? Sure. But I really like the foot pedals, seat and hand grips of this little machine and I'm 6 foot 5!! With just the extra heavy band attached, I get a nice burn within 15 reps and I have all the other bands to add for growth. Knock out 4 sets with 15 or 20 seconds rest in between and tell me otherwise. Second, adduction (moving legs inward). Purchase 2 sets of standard tube bands from Amazon with clips attached on both sides, about 20 bucks apiece. These will not go to waste. If you're an experienced lifter and don't own multiple sets of these, you're truly missing out on some great movements. Put the machine into your smith machine or squat rack as shown in picture 2. Wrap the bands as shown and torch your legs!!! Ditto on sets and rest discussed above. In closing, if you're Frank Zane (look him up), Serge Nubret (look him up too) or Arnold (no need to look him up, we all know who he is), this will not work for you. But if you're the average shlub like me who just wants to add to his leg day since 61+ year old knees can't do squats anymore without a trip to the emergency room, these hacks work with this little machine. You too will burn parts of your legs you normally don't and experience the joy of crawling up your stairs from your basement gym.

Great for PT exercises at home!
I do PT at a Physical Therapy location 3 times a week. They are all doctors and use exercise bands. i bought these so I could do the exercises at home. They work really well and are varying strengths. I recommend them.

fantastic shading for the lightest beige to the darkest brown tells you how much you’re gonna get
This is such a fantastic product!! I bought the brown ones to make it easier to remember which ones are easy and which ones are hard, before trying them out. It’s such a great idea. The lightest beige is the lightest band in the darkest beige is the one with the highest resistance. I got a five pack and my friend is just starting out with these, whereas I’m more of an intermediate, and I was able to give her one of the light ones and one of the medium ones. It’s a fantastic buy, and I would recommend this to anyone. I’m so happy with this product. i’ve added a picture here and I don’t know how easy it is to see, but I would totally recommend this set that has the changing colors in the same color group. These work as well as the woods in my expensive gym could not recommend enough.

Simple resistance bands that work fine for basic workouts
We bought this 5-pack of elastic resistance bands for workouts, and they’ve been fine for basic use. They are easy to grab for simple exercises, stretching, warm-ups, and adding a little extra resistance without needing weights. My older kids have used them too, and they work well enough for light workouts at home. I wouldn’t describe them as anything fancy or heavy-duty, but for basic exercises, they do what they’re supposed to do. Overall, they’re a decent set of resistance bands if you just need something simple for home workouts, stretching, or beginner-friendly exercise. I’d recommend them for light to moderate use.

Owners want to ensure the product is performing as its meant to be.
Purchasing these bands for physical therapy was the right choice. The resistance range has been great! I have advanced to the light band. They are durable, haven't torn, haven't lost there elasticity. The owner contacted me via email to let me know if there were any issues what so ever to reach out and they would take care of the problem. This is great, I think. The fact the type of band is written on each band is a terrific idea, no more searching for papers with the color of band I need. This set also comes with a storage bag and a paper with different workout suggestions. This paper also is stored in the bag. Small storage bag hardly takes up any space at all

Great bands
Feel confident using the bands. They are sturdy yet light . The width is nice because it lays flat on my legs when exercising. I appreciate the color coding for the weight.

Not much resistance
The bands came quick; however, the heavy & extra heavy bands don’t offer much resistance. I’m 61, pretty good shape. But I’d expect a lot more resistance than they offer. I can blow right through a workout with them & not feel as if I’m getting the job done.

Spend a bit more on something else
Not great quality. All the bands seem to have the same resistance regardless of colour.
