Physically set it up via HVAC system in my attic. The unit is working well so far. The oil fragrance covers my whole house. I have the Westin oil. We’ll see how well this machine holds up. It took a couple of re-tries for me to set up the wifi in the app and for the machine to recognize my home network. I also found out during set up that if you turn off and unplug the machine, you’ll have to rename it again. The previous machine name I gave was deleted. Also I ran into an issue of the machine showing as “off” but on the app the running state is in the “on” position. At this time, the machine is just idle doing nothing at all. I resolved the issue by pressing the mode button once and the machine went back to show “on” on the display and started running again. I don’t think is stated in the manual the machine came with. I tried to get help from Kevinleo via desertcart messages. Their responses took a few minutes and by the time they responded I’ve already resolved the issue. I think it’s a good buy so far. I’ll have to observe the machine and app behaviors before the 30 days expire. Would be nice if there was an adapter fitting for the HVAC set up when putting the rubber hose into the air supply (to keep it tight and snug). Customer service has also been good… Update 2/2023 Machine has been broken for a while and customer service is not helping.
