But, please do not be fooled, you also need to workout to see results. I began drinking this every morning after doing three push ups and two jumping jacks.A month later I looked like The Rock, only stronger. I had to replace all of my doors because I would just pull the handles straight through the doors. I ended up removing doors from my house completely and using a bank vault door for my front door. Also, I can no longer drive my car because my foot went through the floor when I stepped on the gas. Fortunately, I run about 45mph from having insane quad strength so I no longer needed it. I simply crushed it down and carried it into my house.
