What engine does come with?

The CRX 208cc engine in manufactured by FNA Group. Its design and manufacture is based on the Honda GX series of 4 cycle engines to which they are virtually identical.

Does this have a solution tank?

No it does not. I actually addressed this to the manufacturer but they weren't interested in what I had to say. Says a lot about them why buy a pressure washer that does not include a solution tank, crazy !! I would buy the Honda make that has a solution dispenser on the carriage.
