I love these!! I will continue to buy them for my work shoes! They do hurt your feet when you first wear them for a few days, but after a week of wearing them 12 hours a day my feet stoped aching, my legs didn’t hurt anymore, my back and knees felt SO MUCH BETTER!! but be aware, they do hurt at first because your feet have gone unsupported for so long, to suddenly correct them can be painful. I had to switch out the inserts for a few days while I was getting used to them. Love them now though!

Had been using another brand for about 3-4 years and really loved them. These new ones are a just a bit too snug and are taking a while to get used to.

I've had my yellow inserts for two years now. I have wide feet with fallen metatarsal arches and bunions. I have these yellow inserts in a pair of athletic shoes that I wear for light hiking, cycling, and general purposes. They have stood up. Almost as good as my custom orthotics which I keep in my good hiking shoes for longer walking. These are sturdier than the red pair I bought in the same brand. I use the red version in shoes I wear for shorter walks and casual times. Help my metatarsals. Wish they would go on sale, I'd buy at least one more pair, maybe two. Have moved them into flat women's shoes from time to time and they work there too. I have to have support for my feet no matter what kind of shoes I wear. Can't wear heels.

These are a great value for your buck!!! They have given me so much support and pain relief! I have bought multiple sets of these for EVERY pair of shoes I wear. Even my foot doctor was satisfied and impressed with the amount of support these inserts give! Definitely recommend especially if you have severe foot pain!

The length was good but the arch support came up too high, on the side, and was too far forward. They were very painful to wear. I used my bandsaw to cut back the side of the arch support and will try to use them as mere insoles. Will not be ordering more.

This product does not it into any of my shoes. I trimmed it down and the support was too much for my foot. Didn't try to return it as I had altered the product.

Very supportive and comfortable. I love these, they feel like a ☁️! Ordered several different options for my high arches and this is the pair I kept. Wear a womens 8 and they fit perfect!
