Would you recommend the ones with the table clamp or the aluminium base?

For me it was necessary as i needed to be very close to a job that i could not put on a bench ! but i also brought a smaller one that has a heavy base for bench work ! it really depends on the job you are doing ! however it does work well and helped me achieve that task i needed to complete because it had the clamp . hope this helps
