Miniland 15'' Anatomically Correct Baby Doll, African-American Boy

This is a beautiful doll, arrived as described in a clear plastic bad with only underwear. Strong vanilla scent mentioned by others fades over time.

To be used on their workplace

I was super excited to receive a Miniland 15" doll as I've heard so many good things about the company. I was not disappointed. This doll is an anatomically correct, "hard body" doll made fully of a soft (but not squishy) vinyl. There is a scent that is supposed to be vanilla, but on this doll it smells like something else and is a bit strong--but did lessen after it was out of the package. He came in just undies and was packaged inside a polybag. He has a very sweet expression on his face and is fully poseable. He sits VERY well. My daughter absolutely adores him. His eyes do not close, but his head, arms, and legs are fully moveable. He seems to be able to wear bitty baby and dinkum doll clothing and even some 12" doll clothes depending on how stretchy they are. He also fits well in carters baby clothes meant for up to 5lbs. He is a lovely addition to our collection of dolls and I plan on adding other Miniland dolls to our collection.

I love the doll--he is beautiful, but he arrived stark naked. Yes, that is how he is shown, but in the product description it states he comes in white underwear.

As a mother of two boys I may not be the expert in dolls but this one, Jack Giorgio as the boys named him, is really cute and smells like coconut. Jack's hair sheds a bit and I think he might be stressed to be in a new family or the manufacturer needs to improve something in the design or production. 😜 Nevertheless, we really enjoyed being able to select the looks and gender of our doll and the doll itself and the accessories are really good quality.
