Stainless Steel Rolling Pin and Silicone Mat Set, Adjustable Thickness Rings - For Baking Dough, Pizza, Pies, Pastries, Pasta, Cookies

I have a horrible time trying to get dough thin, or rather I used to! This is absolutely perfect for me, as I like making my own crackers which requires 1/16" thin dough. Now, I can use the blue rings on the ends of the rolling pin and get the perfect thickness without issue. Crackers that I made in the past would never roll perfectly with my old wood rolling pin for some reason. I would get uneven thicknesses and that made for problems baking properly. I can roll out the dough efficiently and get the perfect thickness by the pressure placed in the center of the pin or the edges. Crisp, gorgeous Crackers every time. I can roll out thin cookie dough, biscuits and pie crust with ease. There has been no problems with the dough sticking to the stainless steel, as there is with the wooden rolling pin which required the added flour to the dough causing think tough Crackers especially. With the silicone pastry pad, I can measure pie crust to the perfect size quickly without adding flour too! This makes for a lighter and flakier crust. As I am short and my counters high, I always had trouble getting the needed pressure to get the dough right. Now, because the pin is heavier than the wooden one, I don't have the problem of trying to press the pin to the right pressure. The silicone pastry sheet is easy to clean and doesn't move a bit. I highly recommend this product as it is easy to use and clean. If you want the perfect product to help you to keep baking and not have to buy expensive processed food items BUY THIS!

Good quality and easy to use/clean. The mat is indeed non slip and dough peels off of it easily. Overall a good buy.

This was perfect for rolling out sugar cookie dough. I love the different measurements in the rolling pin for thickness of dough. The silicone mat was also a plus. It was nice to use and not mess the counter.

I like the rolling pin it’s easy to clean. I took a star off because I’m lazy and hate having to always unscrew the sides to roll out my pizza lol. Also it kinda sucks theirs no handles but overall it works great. I really like the matt mostly its fantastic.

Worked great. Sizing rings kept the pie dough even for the untrained person, me, rolling out the Thanksgiving pie crusts. Stores stopped selling basic organic pie crusts rolled in wax paper. So I had to learn a new skill. This roller made this easy with no guess work.

This is the best baking accessory I ever bought! New to rolling cooking dough and the adjustable thickness rings kept the size of my cookies consistent! It took a couple of tries to get the cookies off the mat without stretching the shapes but once I got the hang of that it was smooth baking. Highly recommend.
