THE CHOLINE VITAMIN TABLET IS HUGE. IT'S THE BIGGEST VITAMIN TABLET THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I AM 74 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE BEEN TAKING VITAMINS SINCE MY YOUTH. I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF BIG VITAMIN TABLETS, BUT NOTHING COMES CLOSE TO THE SIZE OF THIS HUGE CHOLINE VITAMIN TABLET. I TOOK ONE AND IT GOT STUCK IN MY CHEST. THE CHOLINE TABLET IS PROBABLY A VERY GOOD VITAMIN SINCE IT IS A PURE SYNERGY VITAMIN. BUT, BECAUSE IT IS A HUGE TABLET, I CAN'T TAKE IT.

Have used for almost a week now and they seem to be a very high quality all natural supplement that is highly recommended to support the brain by my holistic doctor.

After doing a vast amount of research to find the most effective and healthy choline supplement for my pregnant wife, there was not a single option on the market that was better than this. Food based choline that is not synthetic like most options on the market (Choline Bitartrate) Well worth the money if you care about the fetal development of your child as it’s challenging to reach the 450-550mg daily requirement pregnant women (and everyone else) have.

I am all about the ingredient and the natural components. I have tried other choline supplement that smelled like chemical. I can’t tell the pure synergy is using natural ingredients. I have taken Choline for most of my pregnancy and still taking it while my daughter is now 4 months. The pill is on the larger side but if you have no problem swallowing a pill you will be fine. It is pricy but it is totally worth it for the period of time I expected to use it in order to support my baby’s brain and nervous system development.

im sad they keep making this more expensive. Ive been taking it during my pregnancy and would like to continue to take while post partum for nutrient dense milk but if the price remains high I will discontinue. The pill is rather large, uncoated, but doesnt give me any problems like weird taste or burps thankfully

Honestly, I don’t know if it has the same effect when everyone as it does for me, but after having Covid five times this has changed my life. I can literally take one and memorize 50 to 100 names and it really helps me with my verbal fluency, and even singing. I also find these are milder than the reaction I get with taking Alpha GPC (which makes me a little hyper) and this is more effective for me than CDP choline. I only take it the days when I really need to use my brain to memorize facts and names, or crunch numbers… otherwise it’s like taking creatine and not working out. Without a challenge, it may not feel like you have taken anything. This is one of my best friends and when I take it I feel ZERO BRAIN fog for 4-6 hours. I also pair it with organic Bacopa for it to last longer in my system.

Choline = super intelligence ⚡️I took this supplement throughout my 4th pregnancy.
