Replaced an existing window opener which had broken. Easy to fit and works as advertised.

As described. Sensibly priced. Works perfectly.

These do the job very well, not difficult to fit, but a bit fiddly to fit, a second pair of hands will solve this problem. They don't feel as robust as the originals, only time will tell about durability.

Came early exactly what I ordered very satisfied.

A like for like replacement for the broken saracen gear box lock they had broken on one of the conservatory windows. The are fairky easy to replace. The hardest part is getting the window open if it was closed when the great box lock broke. However there are lots of help online explaining how to get the window open. Good value and delivered a day out two after ordering.

Good quality product

Saracen window locks are all marked with the part number so easy to reorder replacement. Replacing the broken lock only took a few minutes. The lock seemed in better condition than the last one ordered 3 years ago. This was sealed in a plastic bag and the bolt was greased whereas the previous lock was not. After fitting the action was smooth and secure. Pleased with the outcome.
