Q: How am I supposed to keep the liquid from separating from the cream?

Thank you for your feedback. I’m a beauty advisor for Pierre Fabre USA, Inc. the parent company of Avene. Cicalfate Restorative Skin Cream is a delicate composition of oils and Avene Thermal Spring Water. Due to the formulas sensitive to cold temperatures, the complex should not be exposed to temperatures below 32˚F as separation may occur. The separation neither compromises the efficacy of the product nor poses as a risk to the consumer and it is safe for use on infants, children and adults.

Q: How do I return product? I opened up and it is just blue liquid that wont mix with cream. Was stored at room temperature

I took it to kohls, where they take Amazon returns! I did not have a box or anything. There is a time limit.
