Best flour for all your baked goods!
My go-to flour for all of my baking needs! The baked goods rise higher, taste better, and look beautiful! I buy the 25# bags, and store the excess in a large container in our garage refrigerator to preserve freshness. I use this flour interchangeably with All-Purpose, and always have excellent results!

The BEST flour for NY style pizza, hard rolls, bagels, etc. Wherever a high quality high gluten flour is needed. This flour beats them all. The rise is glorious. The oven spring is amazing. The flavor is superb. The 25# sack is the perfect size for avid home bakers. I process it into 5 pound, vaccum sealed bags that get a week in the freezer. Then they go into food safe 5 gallon buckets with Gamma seal lids. Never had any problems with bugs, even 12 months later (when I bought a 50 lb bag) The bag was fully intact, packed into a box, and well before the expiration date.

The flour makes a difference…
I’ve been making Neapolitan style pizza on my wood burning oven for 10 years with great success , but never had great success making NY style pizza using my home oven. This bromated flour did the job. I did a 2-3 day cold rise and a pizza steel with a stone inches above and wow! Maybe it’s all in my head , but it was the best NY style pizza I’ve ever made, thin, airy and crunchy.

Trumps everything
There's not a flour that will do exactly what this does. Perfect for NY pizzaria doughs. Works great for breads and bagels. Don't overwork it, the gluten builds rapidly. Mix it 50/50 with all purpose if you want a protein % similar to bread flour.

The secret to New Jersey pizza
had to move to the Midwest from New Jersey and you cannot get good pizza out here. They don’t know pizza from nothing. They think Pizza Hut is good pizza. You want the key to New Jersey New York style pizza? This is it.!

I’m officially a Baker
I use this flour for everything! It was suggested to me by an older friend who makes bagels on a weekly basis. The gluten content allows for a chewy texture - which is exactly what I look for in a bagel. I store in food safe gallon containers, and it lasts a long time. I use for all bread related baking, and it’s a simple replacement. The density of the bread is very noticeable when using this product vs all purpose flour. Delicious!

Game changer for our pizza!
Game changer for our pizza! This gave our pizza a much lighter feel and wasn't as dense as the previous one. Also buying in bulk is a lot cheaper. This is our new go to pizza flour
