This is good for learning new tricks. I would spray my legs to improve skin grip. I didn’t like it for my hand because I have sweaty hands and then my hands would be sweaty and sticky. Lots of other people liked it and it became the community grip. It’s always nice to experiment with different grips.

I use this spray when braiding horses manes and it is a life saver! Normally I would use water but some manes are slippery or short and require more grip. This spray is easy to use and makes a world of difference in the turn out of those manes!

Ladies! This is the spray to use! I’m darker skinned so the dry hands show up as white and it just looks like baby powder. I use this spray behind my knees on my shoulder and hands and could go 5 sets and be great! And I’m a heavy sweater. I’m writing this to warn others about the serious allergy reaction I had from using this product. The first time I applied Grip It, I broke out in painful, itchy rashes all over my body. I had to visit a doctor and spend over $200 on medication. It took several weeks to recover after I stop using it. When I didn’t use it while poling – no issues at all. Then recently, I needed some extra grip for a new move, so I gave this another try. Within hours, the rashes came back even worse. That confirms without a doubt: this product is the cause. It’s been days, and the rash is spreading. Medication doesn’t help anymore. I’ve never been allergic to anything before in my life. This product seriously harmed my skin and well-being. The seller should warm users about the potential allergy reaction on the label, and it even consider remove or reformulate this product immediately. Amazon should seriously reconsider allowing this product to be sold. I urge others to be cautious.
