Free it off the liquid so this makes them climb in . **Q: Can this be used in tortoise enclosure** A: The product only contains food grade ingredients: vinegar, fruit juices and a very small amount of detergent (comparable with ordinary dish soap). I am not a tortoise expert, but I believe that all these components are not harmful to tortoises.
