Seriously amazing, better than some regular brioche buns
These buns are big, soft and have a wonderful buttery aroma. Spread a little mayonnaise on them, put them in the oven or on the grill and they're good if not better than brioche buns that contain gluten. Delicious.

A GF fave of mine
The best gf brioche I've tried. They are soft, fluffy and a lovely flavour. I toast them on a pan and put a little honey on them, or as burger buns, or a turkey sandwich. Versatile and light on the gut. Win-win
