Booty-hurt no more
My booty is so grateful for this pillow. It keeps pressure off the areas that are sore and reduces pelvic floor and lower back pain from long term sitting and stress. I also find it is not so comfortable when I slouch so it keeps me from reverting to bad posture habits. I’m 5’2 with a small/medium frame so I was worried this would be too large but it works really well for my size. It’s nice and firm so it supports well, but still cushions and keeps pressure off key areas. Wish I had bought this sooner but I’m happy I eventually found this magic WFH desk chair pillow.

Perfect cushion!
Just perfect! I’m 5’4” When driving I felt like a child trying to see over the steering wheel. This cushion is PERFECT!! It is sturdy, back strengthening and comfortable. As an Uber driver I am able to sit comfortably for hours and it just seems to stimulate my spine so I can easily feel stimulated for many hours driving. Pops me up to the perfect height and doesn’t move around. The holes in the seat area make it super comfortable. Nice to pop the lining in the laundry when needed is an extra bonus! Absolutely LOVE THIS cushion!!

Provides Comfort When Sitting
Got this seat cushion to replace an older one. My old cushion did not have sit bone cutouts. The cutouts take the pressure off sit bones. Cushion also has an indentation for the tail bone. Relieves pressure and pain. Recommend trying this cushion if you have hip and lower back pain.

A lifesaver. Better than anything else I tried.
I've been dealing with ischial bursitis for some time now. According to my doctor and physical therapist, if you're lucky and there's a repetitive motion that you can stop doing (like bike riding), then it still might take a month to resolve. I'm unlucky- I think mine started when I slammed down on the hard seat of a roller coaster (and no, there was no "bone bruise," just the bursitis on imaging), and since then I don't have any easily reversible habits to stop--I'm not particularly sedentary, and I haven't had any repetitive lower extremity motions or sports that I can avoid, but my pain was still been pretty constant for a few months despite PT, meds, injections, etc. According to the PT, it's because sitting on it, lying on it, moving it with walking (you know, the normal things I do just EXISTING) are aggravating it, and if it didn't get better I might be looking at a surgical bursectomy. PT recommended this type of cushion, but all the quality ones I initially found were about a hundred bucks; simple pillow types (non memory foam, poor construction) were cheaper but didn't make any more of a difference than just using a pillow off my bed. Then I found this one- it's pretty much the same design and construction as those expensive ones, for the price of one of those simpler pillowy types. It almost seemed too good to be true, but I ordered it. It is an absolute game changer. After only a couple of days of offloading the bursa at work, the dinner table, in the car, etc (it's lightweight and has a carry strap, so it's easy to take wherever I am), I'm essentially pain free in the bursa this morning. I was still sore lying on it last night in bed (due to the design of the cushion, you really can't put it under you to sleep without arching your back significantly), but even that was a lot better, and for the first time I've got some hope that I can kick this thing (current plan is to use it for at least a couple of weeks of being pain-free, and then to still use it on long car rides, etc as a prevention) without surgery. I've only had it a few days, so take any assessment of durability with a grain of salt, but it seems to have high quality materials and construction, the design is almost identical to the expensive one, and the breathable/washable cover and memory foam haven't given me any trouble with sweating, etc despite using it on leather seats on hot days. And of course, it seems to be working, and quickly. I did notice, as other reviewers have, that initially I was more sore in my rear. Immediately, this seemed to be me just trying to find the best place to sit on the cushion for my body type so that my ischium was in the "donut" rather than on the firm-when-compressed memory foam. Once I found that sweet spot, and the cushion started breaking in, that bursal pain pretty much went away, but I did notice more of a generalized soreness in the surrounding muscles. I attribute this to the fact that generally the pressure points of your ischial tuberosities and their overlying structures bear the weight of you sitting (they aren't called "sit bones" for nothing), and so when you offload them, the surrounding tissues of your rear end bear the brunt of your weight, when they aren't used to doing so. That said, the discomfort paled in comparison to what the bursitis felt like, and went away pretty quickly. This is a niche product that you probably didn't just stumble upon--if you found it and are reading this, you probably did so after doing research for something that's ailing you. In my case, this thing was a magic bullet at a fraction of the cost of some of the other stuff out there, with seemingly all of the benefits. I'll update things if they change, but as of now, I'm inclined to say that your search ends here. Buy the thing.

ergonomics in question....
With a torn tendon acting like ischial bursitis, I chose this cushion based on its design and purported ergonomics. After using it for 1.5 weeks, my pelvic pain was healing much faster! However, I began developing strain on the outer sides of my thighs, mostly on the right side (torn tendon is on my left side). The right-side pain seemed to be greater trochonderic pain syndrome. But what caused this pain on my right side? Nothing in my daily routine had changed---all my daily exercise regimens were the same. The only change was the cushion! Sitting in it this AM, I felt aggravation of pain on both the right and left sides of the greater trochoter at the top of the femur (thigh bone). I am debating returning the cushion. I am 98 lbs, narrow framed, small to medium boned, and for anyone else, I should think this cushion would be too small---especially as it curves up on the sides, apparently to be more ergonomic ... but for me ... it seems to be the reason for my upper-outer thigh pain at the top of the femur. Before I purchased the cusion, I suspected a possible ergonomic problem from it---perhaps lower back pain, but nope, it seems the culprit for causing my new pain. All that said, I do want to reiterate that it did help immensely with the torn-tendon at the base of my pelvic bones both in healing and in terms of pain when sitting.

Best Cushion I've Found But, The Chair Design will either make or break user experience
Product was used on four office chairs for long-term 12-16 hour sessions of computer work daily. Male: gender. Waist size: 32 Weight: 165 lbs. Up front, the chair design, in particular, the seat design on many models may lead to discomfort. The only chair design that I found to work is a waterfall front falling design away from the legs. Waterfall front lip design won't cause pain in the underside of the legs - not for me it doesn't and I'm running two shifts back to back. It took me weeks to get adjusted into this cushion. I could tell the potential was there but that something that was causing pain. It was some of the chairs I've got - it didn't work well. One chair is a $400 chair sporting a foam cushion built in from OfficeMax. It's the same model as the other two I've got minus the seat base being contoured foam. The seats on the other two chairs of the same brand name, are mesh with no foam sporting a front and rear waterfall design. These work with this wedge cushion excellent. The other two chairs - one sporting a contoured foam base and another chair from another OEM sporting a tilt back seat base - non waterfall front nor rear, causes discomfort and pain in the underside of the leg at the front edge of the cushion from the seat itself. If coupled to a waterfall design, there's a really good chance that this seat cushion will work wonders for back, hip and leg relief. It worked wonders for me. I run long hours in chair non-stop now without issue whereas, with all the cushions - even auto wedges, it just didn't work at all. This cushion works for me very well. I highly recommend trying this cushion. It resolved my back-of-leg pain and lower and mid-back ache problems as well as best of all - truncated hip rotation issues at the pelvic region when running foam cushions. Flat foam tends to want to roll the pelvic area like a taco which, can lead to immense pain on the sides of the legs and back of legs and the hip joints. I had that really bad. That's all gone. Try it.

Great product
I drive an 18 wheeler and I purchased this cushion after going through more than half a dozen other cushions. If the butt bones (ischial tuberosity) are your problem areas during long trips, then this is the solution. It does make you a little taller in the saddle but a few seat or mirror adjustments can fix that. It seems to be made of memory foam but the cut outs are just right for me. It has a handle on it so it’s versatile and easy to transport. Not to big or small so made for various shapes and sizes.

Excellent product would highly recommend
This cushion has been a life saver for my Pudendal Nerve Entrapment, otherwise known as Cyclist Syndrome. Very comfy to sit on and the holes are in the right place to take the pressure off my sit bones and coccyx. I couldn’t survive without it at the moment. I have one in my car too. Pricey but worth every penny 👍
