Having recently developed tailbone pain that made sitting uncomfortable, even on comfy couches, I was terrified of flying overseas on an overnight 10 hour flight. Airplane seats are not known for their comfort! I ordered this and crossed my fingers, and it worked out brilliantly. It took a little bit of practice to figure out where to sit on the cushion, but I made it through the flight with no issue. My tailbone felt fine! I'd HIGHLY recommend this product if you have similar pain, and definitely this product over other U-shaped pillows (I have a tempur-pedic one as well that doesn't work as well for long-hauls) because the foam in it doesn't get soft and lose support.

I almost passed on this because it's being advertised for hemorrhoids which I do not have. My issue is that I sit at work, then I sit in the car and all this sitting makes my sitting bones hurt so bad that by the end of the work day I can hardly focus on anything else. At the end of the day my hips are usually very tight and my back completely out of alignment until I either lie down or hang on a pull up bar to stre h my back Well, I used this cushion in my car over the weekend and it felt great. But the real test came today, sitting for 8 hrs at work plus another hour in the car. So far I'm impressed! The cushion is firm but comfortable. Donut hole allows me to switch to different positions throughout the day and allows me to maintain good posture while sitting, all while avoiding pressure on my sitting bones. I will probably order another one for my home if this one still feels good in a month or so.

I really wish I had purchased one of these a long time ago. These are so much better than the little inflatable donuts. I have found that it's firm but not uncomfortably so-- gives enough cushion but also provides support (my husband thought it was firmer than he though it should be, so each to their own). This has helped with aiding in some hemorrhoid relief. I use it in chairs at my home, and have also used it to sit on our hardwood floors at our house as well. In addition to the hemorrhoids, I've found that it's helped with some of the nerve pinching and back discomfort I get as well. I am really tempted to stick one in my car for long drives.

This cushion is amazing. It gives great support to your tailbone and is firm enough to do the job without feeling like you’re sitting on a rock. At first, I noticed it, but after using it a few times, it just became part of my routine and now I can’t imagine not having it. As a student who spends way too much time sitting behind a computer, this has made a huge difference. It’s honestly been a lifesaver for my comfort during long study sessions.

Purchased for my sister. She immediately said it was too hard without a cushion type feel. It appeared to be well made and perhaps for other uses. We donated it to a charity. It shipped quickly and priced accordingly.

I've tried several pillows for my sciatica, and this works the best. Very comfortable, easy to carry, and eliminates any pressure on your butt. I don't have hemorrhoids, so I can't testify to that. But if you have sciatica and find it painful to sit, especially in your car, This is the best pillow you can buy…

This cushion is saving my WFH life right now. A horrible home office chair has caused some havoc in my rear formation, and my new chair is backordered for a month, so this cushion is the only thing between me and 8hrs of daily misery. The cover is soft (velvet-like texture) and removable, via the zipper. The cushion softness/firmness ratio is just what I like - I would say similar to a car seat. It still managed to expand back to its original shape after 8 straight hours of sitting on it, which is great. My office chair is pleather, and this cushion has an anti-slip bottom that kept it from sliding around unlike the dining chair cushion I was using previously that nearly killed me. For reference, I'm about 155 lb. I've only had this cushion for a short time, so we'll see how it holds up over the next month. If anything deviates more than expected from current performance, I'll update this review. Note that the seller directs Amazon's delivery courier to not leave this item at a door unattended, so I would recommend timing the purchase to align with a delivery date that you expect to be home. They rang my doorbell, but I assumed it was just to alert me to a package left at the door and didn't answer. A minute or two later, I rec'd a text message, from the courier, and ran to the door, where he was waiting. I was/am grateful to Amazon for making the effort to follow up with me before leaving.

This is a product which helps relieve pain and discomfort for my husband , it doesn’t and can’t get rid of pain by itself

Forget all the illnesses - I like it just for comfort. Beautiful cushion!

I've used this for six weeks now. It's comfortable overall, but my back hurts a little by the end of an hour or so. I bought this from Amazon in January for $65. It is now $97. Why?

**DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT 1. The surface of this cushion was a bit worn out even though this is supposed to be a new item. 2. The form inside the cushion is pretty hard so it's not very comfortable. 3. The size of cushion is pretty small compared to other cushions I have owned. 4.
