Hi there, you cannot connect Bluetooth headphones to the radio. You see, the radio is the output, just like your headphone. The input is for example a smartphone with Spotify. So in your case, you can connect the radio to your phone and listen to Spotify with the sound coming out of the radio's speaker, or connect a headset to your phone and listen to Spotify with the sound coming out of the headsets.
