So, with 2.5 years of use, how does it perform? Fantastic. It feels solid and secure, the neck has limited motion but enough range to easily cover my standard double sink. I felt compelled to write this review because a slight drip developed out of the main spout after 2.5 years and it became impossible to ignore. I will admit I was frustrated with the lack of instructions available online to disassemble the faucet, and it took some trial and error to figure it out (hint: anything that looks like a rivet is actually s removable tab that reveals a screw that can be undone with an Allen key). Once I disassembled the spout, there was a cartridge that contained two small ceramic plates which controlled the water flow, and those plates were dirty. I cleaned the plates and put everything back together and it resolved the drip. Aside from lack of instructions online, I was also frustrated there was no website for the company that sells this model. I contacted the seller through this listing, told them about the problem and they got back to me immediately. As a consolation, they sent me two more brand new cartridges to replace the one I cleaned if the issue happens again. I’m happy to say the drip has not returned, but I really appreciated the customer service they delivered even 2.5 years later. That kind of service gets five stars every time. I should have, the hoses are of poor quality, very thin and they bend very easily. The cramp to one of the connectors became loose. I'm lucky this happened the way it did, having a cramp give and flood your kitchen sucks. Nonetheless, I still think it's a good faucet. If you buy it, get better hoses. Original review- it's been a year now. This faucet is well made, there is very little plastic. So far so good, it's the favorite kitchen faucet I've had. There's been no discoloration, no leaks. I can then easily use the regular faucet or the sprayer. Keep in mind the main lever is what controls the temperature. I always leave mine on hot and then can easily nudge the lever for cooler water. Seems sturdy and looks very nice. The metal on the sprayer attachment gets pretty hot when using hot water and the stretch is not quite as long as I’d like - but I can still get it to spray where I need it to.
