The Master Guide to Drawing Anime: 5-Minute Characters: Super-Simple Lessons – A How to Draw Anime / Manga Books Series (Volume 5)

This book series is easy to use and lots of fun. The drawings are simple to follow and the instructions very helpful. The quality of my drawing has improved tremendously. Because of Hart's books I am now ready to start creating my own characters! Thanks so much!

This is a good little guide book, but it does assume that you already know how to draw some figures. Has some good ideas that you can build on...again, though, learn some basic drawing of figures first.

Dear Reader, I think that the Christopher Hart Books for the "How to draw Anime" series are good; however, there are some things you need to look out for ; for instance; guys looking flirtatious; girls oversexualized or wearing very immodest clothing or bathing suits; boyfriend\girlfriend relationships such as crushes, hugging, kissing, blushing (either guys blushing at girls or vice versa) , or flirting. that is what you have to look out for when you're buying anime\manga drawing books. I have four books in the "How to draw Anime" series they are: "The Master Guide to Drawing Anime"(vol1) "The Master Guide to Drawing Anime Amazing Girls" (vol2) "the Master Guide to Drawing Anime 5 Minute Characters" and "The Manga Fashion Bible" Bye! My granddaughter, is into anime and quite fastidious when it comes to artwork, was thrilled to receive a book that offers some guidelines and hints on how to better draw different figures. A very helpful insight to a current craze.

I bought this for my 11 year old granddaughter and she loves it. She's good at drawing on her own but she said this book gives alot of pointers.

If you already have a skill level of drawing this is a perfect book to give you styles and ideas to learn.I really learn how to understand the function of hair styles.

So iv bought all of his current master guide books and this was basically a mishmash of all of them. Its great for sure, but i wouldnt recommend it if you already have the others.

Our budding artist asked for this book. It is beautifully illustrated and she loves it.
