Worth it
This is worth the price. It has a very bright flavor - between a lemon and grapefruit. Something to add to sushi & ramen bowls for a lift thatโs not soy.

Super juice
This highly concentrated citrus juice must be added sparingly. It isn't cheap but a little goes a long way. Use it anywhere you would normally use lemon juice.

Exactly What I Needed For a Recipe
My local Japanese fusion restaurant has a dish they call "seven mushroom to-ban." After questioning servers about the ingredients, I developed a hack to make it at home. The only difficult part is finding the yuzu juice to give the butter sauce the right citrus tang. Oranges, lemons, and limes -- even a combination of them -- doesn't give the right flavor. It has to be yuzu juice. Since I can't find yuzu juice anywhere near where I live, I turned to this. It's perfect! Yes, it's expensive, and yes, the bottle is small. Unique refreshing tart flavor - expensive but worth it!
Amazing! If you like tart lemons this is even better! A unique taste! I use it for desserts and sometimes add it to my sparkling water!

Not a Cocktail Ingredient.
I tried this as a cocktail juice. Google be damned, never could really come up with anything. The juice might be great. But as a cocktail juice it failed.
