It's good to keep one at home it's help the elderly very much

It's good relief for normal use not over use at the same spot over time
It's very helpful for me when my leg joint was moved from that own spot after surgery doctor condition never move around for 3 months this will helped me that time a lot always my knee get pain so that cold haling method give me a little relief don't do over

Good but ..
The gel pack is good for cold compression in large area. Not sure about its usage for hot compression. However the outer cotton jacket provided was of poor quality. That is the reason for my giving 4star rating.

Pack leaks
I really wish they would seal the pack better as within 3 days, the gel started leaking from the top and then a few days later from the sides. I used it for cold packs only and it badly leaks. So not happy.
