UMI ROME 4G LTE 5.5inch Android 5.1 Mobile Phone (Gold)

Let me say I do not play the games that many do; therefore, I am speaking of general usage. But keeping that in mind I find the phone very fast for my usage.I received the phone very quickly, since I did question my seller because I had ordered from another seller and after three weeks was notified they could not supply the phone.What do I like about the phone?-) The 3 GB on RAM.-) The camera has very good resolution.-) Very little bloatware.-) Very fast-) Very attractive phone-) Battery is replaceable.-) Beautiful gold color.-) Appears well built.-) Works well with Cricket but a little weaker antenna than last phone.-) Place for 2 SIMSWhat do I not like about the phone?-) Sometimes the keyboard is messed up. If I want a letter I may need to touch a line or 2 down from the letter I want, but most of the time it works well.-) Hard to find a nice case.-) About 1/2" shorter than the last 5.5 phone I had.Overall it seems to be a great buy for the money. But keep in mind I have only used it for a week. I will update if my opinion changes after more extensive use.

Never Dropped, Not used for more than an hour, and the screen broke. It was giving like a fuzzy green and yellow thing, Ive been using Umi phones for a while, but I have to say, I expected it to last at least 5 months.

I just wanted to say, the 16GB storage will vary because of the apps installed. In addition to, the total amount (16gb) is NOT a full 16gb. This is true to ANY 'hard drive' in ANY computer or technology device. So, you are still getting a good deal with this buy. Also, it would help you to buy an extra micro SD card. I got a 32gb from amazon.The 3gb memory doesn't hold data. It's for the phone, to perform tasks. Most Android phones only give you 1gb of memory. I have had many of cell phones, but this one is the worst. I sent it back I would not recommend this phone to my worst enemy. 3 thumbs down.

Crap. what ever phone description not true I end up buying another phone cos they lie in this phone do not buy this phone.in fact I just sold it today for 30 dlls in I don't think worth that much..

Buyer beware that UMI ROME phone has not 16GB ROM as claimed. You will get just 5GB ROM. I got cheated. Four thumbs down and one up.

The media could not be loaded.  Kindly provided to me for review, this is mid ranged priced mobile that packs a lot in for a very reasonable cost. In the review video you'll see the rather nice looking gold version, a black version is also available.It's a good looking mobile, a slim phone that, like the Samsung Galaxy S6, has the camera slightly protruding from the back.The rear plastic plate is removable and reveals a replaceable battery, 2 SIM card slots and a micro SD card slot.The front bottom bezel has the three navigation keys and unfortunately these are not backlit, so can be tricky to find at times.At the time of review the UMI Rome was running Android 5.1 and the interface is kept minimal, with far less bloatware installed compared to the major manufacturers such as Sony.The 5.5" screen is nice and responsive, with good viewing angles if you want to show others photos or videos.Good camera on it, you get some decent photos and videos from this phone (see video for examples). It's also a good phone for game play, with games running smoothly and with a good screen size that stops your hands getting in the way of the on screen action.The UMI Rome is an impressive handset for the price, there are a couple of niggles such as the navigation buttons not being backlit and there not being a notification light, but these are easy to overlook considering the low price.

This phone is good ! BUT !!! i got some disadvantages about it !- Rom is only 11 GB ! not 16 as it says !- Camera quality and photo size can not be changed ! it is 13 Megapixel ! all the time !- Direct Wifi feature is not available.- Okay speakers quality.- Charge does not last much.- Left button (options button) must be held down to get options list ! and one touch to show apps running in background ! No one has mentioned this !!! I had to discover it the hard way !
