Can i use my fsa account to purchase these?

Your FSA account is dictated by your employer, i am not sure whether or not FSA covers exercise equipment even if it does provide therapeutic or health benefits.

Anybody use these on their power rack pull up bar?

I use these on my pull-up bar that has a diameter of 1.25" but, this would be the maximum that it will fit.

Difference between the two sizes?

The XL size is 1" larger in diameter and 1.5" taller. Enjoy them!

Do they slip down towards your ankles when you use them?

The only way they slip down your ankle is when you’re inverted, because your body weight will naturally pull toward the ground and as tight as you lock the ankle straps, there will be a negligible shift of the boots toward ur ankle. However, the locks are reliable and tight and it will not ruin the integrity of the product or the safety of it. Teeter XL gravity boots are incredible for what they are intended for. You’re making a great purchase if u decide to move forward with it. Hope that helps
