Adults: If symptoms worsen, or persist for more than 10 days, or you get new symptoms consult your pharmacist or doctor. Works fairly fast and does last for a few hours, i like that they added the bit of flavouring to it and they're easy to swallow the only reason i didn't give this 5 stars was because i don't think they last for the 8 hours mentioned but they're still decent. Overall 8/10.
