Very pleased with this muscle roller stick which I am using to prevent deep vein thrombosis. It is very well made and sturdy. I like that the size is easily transportable so it can be used everywhere. The roller stick functions as designed with smooth turning of the movable parts that help with muscle tightness and pain relief for better circulation. I would purchase this again.

Second one of these we’ve ordered with several athletes in the house. Good sized (easy to take with us when we travel too), durable and effective. Nice color too.

Lightweight, easy to use, works great!

Works great for thighs/ legs, but not useful anywhere else unless you have an assistant to do the rolling for you.

What a life saver. Wow. This is exactly what I needed. My quads and calf muscles were so tight and tense last week from my long runs so I decided to try this. After the first night of massaging, my run was so much better the next day and I physically felt the muscles more relaxed during my run. Then I used it again the next night and all the knots have been completely relaxed in my quads and calf muscles. I'm beyond impressed. Would highly recommend. :-)
