I actually started to notice an improvement in my memory within the first two weeks of taking this supplement. At first I thought it was my imagination, nothing could possibly work that quick. But when I started testing my memory ability I was actually remembering. Before, I always texted or E-mailed myself messages because of my poor memory. A nutritionist told me this has the best ingredients. It works great! It is the best !!! It is hard for me to swallow. It sticks in my throat. I have tried many times to put it in Applesauce, yogurt, etc. and it's just doesn't pour out of the capsules very well and tastes terrible. Anyway, I have to change to a new product that is not as good that is chewable until this company makes a chewable. I have written to the manufacturer. I have bought this 10 times.
