I mix this with Olympian Labs Beef Protein Isolate chocolate flavor in cold water . It taste great and so far, I'm starting to feel better. No grassy taste when mixed and I haven't had any issues with it clumping. Just wish for the price you paid the container it came in was bigger. I'll be really surprised if it has 30 servings in it. I've purchased herbs from Dragon Herbs in past and it is very quality herbs.

This superfood blend is amazing! Great quality product, I do not eat enough vegetables and fruits so this helps me get the full nutrition I need and after being hospitalized following in your fatal MVA I need all of my vitamins and this is packed full of all the things I'm missing in my diet, tastes great even has a slight sweetness to it, goes perfectly into my smoothies with frozen fruit, it smells kind of like grass, greens, to be expected but it's not offensive, I've repurchased once and will continue to do so... my only issue is, be warned the container is not full maybe a little over halfway full but as far as nutrition goes I still think it's worth it... Updating, 9 mo. Later & love so much that I've been subscribed at least 8 mo. Now & if you have constipation issues, adding this to your diet WILL remedy that problem & in a healthy way

I'm disappointed that this does not come in a bigger container, as the price is a little steep for the size, it is.

I’ve tried a variety of the “superfoods” over the years. The Dragon Herb Tonic has a wonderful complete list of vegetables, herbs and vitamins to meet or exceed the recommended levels. The taste was also a major reason for the five stars.
