I store grain in mine they seem to be air tight so l think it would be ideal

Yea, it’s waterproof (as in you can leave it outside). However if you’re referring to submerging it, then I’m not sure to be honest as I don’t think it’s water tight.

Can you advise on the "max" capacity? I understand its 60 litres however is there any head space or is the 60litres right up to the rim?

Sorry we are not using it to store liquid so have not tested - there is no capacity marker
