I bake a lot of recipes written by UK bakers and my results are definitely more successful when using this brand and type of flour. The price and size are reasonable and the brand is reliable. I got it when it was cheap
This has been my go to self raising flour for baking pan cakes for years, even my late grandfather who taught me how to bake pan cakes used this in his time, always this he said, always stir one way so not to create lumps he said, this flour is probably the best in the world, I only wish it were wheat free, gluten free the full works.
