The x5 is discontinued by fiskars. Are they still honoring warranty claims?

As far as I know yes. It is still sold in Europe, but not in the USA.

Why is the price of this hatchet double the price of the larges sized ones? Doesnt make sense.

It,s shipping from Germany. You're paying their price. I can't find the x5 or the x10 in the US,my favorite sizes. I think these might only be distributed in Europe. I had to order these from Amazon UK and Amazon DE

Why is the fiskars x5 $67, when the fiskars x7 is $28?

Probably tooling costs. Its a low production item. If they need special tooling and molding to make it, then a lot of that cost gets passed down to fewer customers, thus driving up the price. Its known as economies of scale.

Is it a full tang or... else?

It’s a small hatchet not a knife so no tang. It has a hollow, plastic handle.
