This is recommended by a lot of flour companies & mills. Once you make it thru the freezer's 24-48hrs you should be fine to add it into sealed containers w/o issue. **Q: How many cups does the grain keeper hold? Thank you!** A: It's 2.5 quarts which is 10 cups.
