Your only meant to use a little on the toothbrush and some people even use it once a week as its supposed to be scrapping away at the enamel a little especially if you use it every day, this is what dentists use when you have your teeth cleaned, so its like you don't want to spend every day at the dentist, your teeth need time to heal naturally without forcing too many products and scapping away at the teeth. Your paying a lot for this product that has a shorter expirty than you think, I would rather it cost 3 to 5 quid and have it last me a year than 13 quid and have enough to last 2 years 1 year past the expiry, then again if your whole family uses it then fair enough it is a good family size pack, and it is a decent product (Not the best I've used) maybe not the best (medium) on the market but its okay. I use it with an electric toothbrush, I combine it with activated charcoal powder for super whitening.

I bought this dental mint prophylaxis paste because sometimes teeth need a bit more attention than the usual quick brush-and-hope routine. This tub is definitely more “proper dental cupboard” than “fancy bathroom shelf,” but it does exactly what it is meant to do. The paste has a pleasant mint flavour, so it feels fresh without being too strong or medicinal. The medium grit gives it enough polishing power to feel effective, especially for helping with surface staining and that dull feeling teeth can get from tea, coffee, and general life choices. It leaves teeth feeling smooth and properly cleaned, which is very satisfying in a “I have briefly become a responsible adult” sort of way. The 300g tub is a generous size, so it should last well. It is easy to use, but because it is a polishing paste rather than a normal toothpaste, I would use it sensibly rather than treating it like an everyday replacement. A little goes a long way, and the results feel much better when used carefully. Overall, it is practical, minty, and effective. Not glamorous, unless your idea of glamour is a tub of paste quietly declaring war on stains — in which case, this is basically dental red-carpet material.

Lo trovo un ottimo prodotto. Abbinato all'utilizzo di uno spazzolino oral b elettrico sbianca per davvero i denti. Io li avevo molto macchiati da caffè e tabacco, ma nel giro di una settimana questo prodotto ha fatto miracoli.
