Really good quality, looks good and suits my med pouch really well. It came with a velcro backing patch so you can sew it on incase you dont have any Velcro currently to mount it on. It arrived really fast only taking about 2 days.

Great patch! Bought to attach to a Molle pouch, for my first aid kit! Arrived in good time and appears of good quality. Been on my first aid kit for a few months, which has been used, but the patch is still looking new! Recommend!

Good novelty patch Decent made good quality

Ordered for a friend and was totally taken by the stich quality. No loose threading. No areas missed that should be embroidered. I've dealt with rnr uniforms with the cadets and some of their bagdes aren't this standerd. Needless to say I'm very impressed. I can't say anything for the hook/loop attachment system and it's versatility as it's not worn yet.

Just bought it as a funny velcro patch to go on my serious first aid kit.

Pretty solid. Good stitching on the lettering. Velcro feels strong and secure. Color match is same red as first aid pocket. Not sure of longevity yet. But 5 star 👍

Had ordered a molle pouch for a mate to turn it into a small med kit and ordered this Velcro patch as well. Well made, stitching and embroidery are all good. The red embroidery on the black background stands out really well. Will have to order one for myself!

It a Velcro patch, not much to consider here. I have it on my MedKit. Mine is a little dirty and worn from a deployment but it’s still holding on. Had a few people find it humorous, but it’s a nice lil patch overall. Maybe if there was one that said “Big Ouch Pouch” I’d get that for my other one.

I bought this for the front of my new first aid kit super pleased. It has the velcro backing that sticks onto the bag nicely. And it's the first time I've seen a patch that has a velcro square you could stitch onto fabric FIRST then just stick in whatever patch you feel like. It's nice to not worry about the stitches showing on the front and it's a SUPER strong hold it's a struggle to get it off on purpose let alone accidently. It's super nice looking and feels great
