DONT DO IT
I bought this battery for my MacBook Pro. took it to local mobile shop owned by my buddy. he installed the battery but it won't charge. it will work only for few seconds and then turn off. we put the old battery back while waiting for new one. I would advice not to change MacBook battery as they are somehow software locked by apple and replacement genetic battery won't work properly. My friend somehow found apple replacement battery which is working flawlessly

Works perfectly with my Mac!
Works good, it is not that easy to install but here in Argentina people is nuts on what they wants to charge you to do this. So I decided to change it by my own and took the risk. Everything went fine, the difficult part is to stick this in the right space. Un-sticking it to re place it is not that fun LOL. I also really like the simple packaging box and found those star screwdrivers so helpfull.

Battery worked great but lacked proper instructions and tools
Battery worked well. However, the tools provided were not the best quality. One of the tools felt like it may strip the screw or not quite fit. Also a proper prying tool should either be provided or mentioned to remove the old battery which has an adhesive from the laptop. Instructions on how to reset the computer so the touch pad is properly working would have been nice. My touchpad worked except the tap wasn’t working and I had to figure out what happened.

No tools included
No screwdrivers included in the box, would be good to know before ordering. I shopped around making sure I found one with tools that didn't have complaints about them, but apparently it was a waste of time.

Not as long lasting as original
A good replacement battery. However, I get about 3 hours of use from a fully charged battery.
